Atomic Software, Inc., is a software engineering company owned and operated by Adam Young.
Based in New York and London, the company has worked on projects for Random House, Pearson Education, Scholastic, and others.
We engineer software systems for selling books, managing production, and connecting with readers. We manage technical projects to accomplish their publishing goals. And we consult with editorial, production, and executive teams to understand difficult software projects and get them back on the right track. From time to time, we also work through a few ideas of our own to explore new directions in network publishing: Atomic Shakespeare is a project to create a community-based reconstruction of Shakespeare's plays. Word is a combined search engine for the Qur'an, the Tanakh, the New Testament, and the Upanishads. |
